Porta Inn Bentencho - Osaka

Absoluteley unimpressed with my stay. The breakfast was mainly just bread, how am I supposed to start my day with that? No one bothered to help when I called the reception and it took forever to connect. I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but apparently that's too much to ask for.

Brand-new hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Real good experience there.

glad i took double room, it was modern and neat. private bathroom is nice looking. it offers excellant and ideal location just off the train line, the bentencho station, mcdonald's and seven eleven and restaurants and shops.

The view of Bentencho station was a nice touch. The free bath salts were awesome after a long day. Only downside? Breakfast could use more options, but with a 7-Eleven nearby, it wasn't a huge deal.

Modern room for 4 suitcases, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a magnificent location, very close to the train station.

The place was fairly clean with private parking and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Compact, neat room with a private bathroom and a tub and bath salts. Location short walk to Kansai international airport from the Bentencho station and train station, 7eleven, McDonalds and the railway...

Would've appreciated more breakfast options!!! The gym isn't particularly excellent, just a few machines. The Wi-Fi service could use a boost. It took several tries to connect. A better variety of hangout areas would be nice too!!!

The separation of spaces for privacy was perfect.

The staff were sweeter than a Georgia peach, always ready to lend a hand. That bathtub? Oh, it felt so good after a long day. Breakfast was handy, even if I wish there were more choices. It's just a hop from the station, real convenient for gettin' around.

Great location for USJ!

It was just a solid selection for a weekend vacation in Osaka with value for money. The staff were really friendly and helped me find local attractions. Try to skip the breakfast rush as it gets busy early in the morning.
